1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zcatli Truth Lens ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Beta Program

Zcatli Truth Lens is currently in beta. Features are under active development and may change without notice. The Extension is provided "as is" during the beta period.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreement

All beta participants must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving access. The NDA protects patent-pending technology, including proprietary algorithms (Catlipoca Core, Lagrangian analysis, DDL Engine) and detection methodologies.

4. Privacy

The Extension processes all data locally on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices in detail.

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all code, algorithms, and designs, is the property of Zcatli Truth Lens. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.

Direct Inject™ and Catlipoca Core are patent-pending technologies.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Extension for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. You may not use the Extension to attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will detect all AI-generated content or threats.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zcatli Truth Lens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
